Shipping Time
It usually takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 3-8 business days depending on the shipping options shown to you at Checkout. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an extra 1 to 2 weeks depending on the shipping method selected at Checkout. When you place an order, you will receive emails or texts with relevant order status and tracking information so that you can check on the status of your order.
Shipping Charges / Free Shipping / Expedited Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order after discounts are applied. If the amount of your order satisfies our then current free-shipping threshold, then FREE ECONOMY shipping will be shown in your cart at Checkout - we determine the shipping method for Free Economy Shipping (usually best rate available for USPS or UPS).
If Free Shipping is not shown at Checkout, you will be shown your shipping options and rates based on the size and weight of your package. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shown a fixed shipping amount based on the order amount.
Expedited Shipping
Even if your order qualifies for receive Free Economy Shipping, you will be shown some expedited shipping options at Checkout for an extra charge.
